Thanks for checking out GeoJSON Studio: a small, lightweight, and modern web tool for creating and editing GeoJSON files.
There are already several GeoJSON editors out there, so why do we need another one? Because I wanted an editor with a simple and clean user interface, and with common editing functionalities such as undo and redo.
Currently in beta, GeoJSON Studio is still very much a work in progress. Please expect there will be bugs and rough edges.
If something's not working quite right or you have ideas for improvements, I'd love to hear about it.
What makes GeoJSON Studio different?
Clean, modern design that hopefully gets out of your way so you can focus on what's important.
GeoJSON Studio includes features such as undo & redo, and copy & paste that many other editors are missing.
Just open your browser and start creating. No accounts, no downloads, no setup.
Your privacy matters, and I've kept things straightforward:
For analytical purposes, Simple Analytics is used. Simple Analytics is used to understand how GeoJSON Studio is being used and which features are the most useful. Only anonymous usage statistics, such as which tools are accessed and which buttons are clicked, are collected. No personally identifiable information is collected at any time. Your browser's localgeographic data and any content used within GeoJSON Studio remains completely private and is never tracked, accessed, or transmitted to any analytics service.
For bug reporting, Sentry is used. Sentry is used to collect crash reports from users. Once again, no personally identifiable information is collected.
GeoJSON Studio is actively being developed based on what I think would be useful and what you tell me you need. Here's what I'm planning to work on next:
